Job DescriptionJob duties:

1. Key in order, manage enquiries and complaints, track order fulfilment, and other CS related responsibilities
2. To provide superior customer service to our clients.
3. Manages the operation of the subdivision.
4. To achicve personal sales objective set by the Company.
5  To ensure window displays looking clean and presentable.
6. To accomplish other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Company
7. Regular maintenance of the shop's cleanliness and  tidiness.

Job Requirements: 

1. SPM and above or diploma in Business disciplines or equivalent.
2. Chinese Male that speaks Mandarin strongly encourage to apply
3. Minimum two years experience in branch management, preferably in a direct selling (multi-level marketing) industry or customer service oriented environment;
4. Experience in stock keeping advantageous;
5. Pleasant personality with good social and communication skills;
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervising;
7. Self-motivated and computer literate.

Working hours : 
Monday- Friday : 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday ( 1st and 3rd Saturday ) : 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m

Salary Range: 
RM3500.00 + EPF + SOCSO + Employee Benefits

Working Location: 
Lorong Poin Neutron, Jalan Lintas Khidmat ( Kota Kinabalu,Sabah )
